Wood Rentals is a property management company with deep roots in the community. Initially founded by C. J. Wood in the 1960s, the company is a family-owned business that manages rental properties in Waynesboro, Stuarts Draft, and Staunton, including Summercrest Apartments, Waverley, South Ridge, Stoney Run, and more. Our properties run the gamut from one room efficiencies to four-bedroom homes with a range of rental prices to suit budgets of all sizes.
